1. General Provisions
1.1. Acceptance of rules. By joining the project, you automatically agree to the rules.
1.2. Rule changes. Administration may update the rules at any time; new rules take effect from publication.
1.3. Responsibility. Not knowing the rules does not exempt from responsibility. Account hacking is not an excuse.
1.4. Decision making. In cases not described by the rules, final decision is made by administration; it may also reduce punishments.
1.5. Donations and refunds. Donation payments are non-refundable. Administration is not responsible for mistaken transfers. Donation items may be returned by administration decision.
1.6. Resource returns.
- Resources lost due to server bugs/rollback are generally not returned, but compensation may be possible by administration decision.
- In case of account hacking, return is possible only with enabled 2FA and confirmed incident.
- In case of griefing, resources are not returned.
1.7. Evidence and appeals. Evidence: chats, logs, videos/replays. Appeal is accepted within 72 hours from punishment.
1.8. Forbidden trade. Trading in-game resources for real money is forbidden.
2. In-Game Chat
2.1. Forbidden: insults, threats, public disclosure of personal data, humiliation of players and their relatives. Punishment: warning -> mute -> temporary/permanent ban.
2.2. Forbidden: flood, spam, caps abuse, racism, hate propaganda. Punishment: warning -> mute.
2.3. Politics and history. Any provocative political/historical messages aimed at insulting are forbidden. Punishment: mute -> ban.
2.4. Advertising. Advertising third-party projects without administration permission is forbidden. Punishment: message removal -> mute -> ban.
2.5. Disinformation and provocations. Unwanted provocative messages and false information are forbidden. Punishment: warning -> mute -> ban.
2.6. /radio. Telegraph (Global chat) is used for trade/information/RP announcements; spam and insults in /g are forbidden. Punishment: mute.
2.7. Streamsniping and interference. Intentional interference with streams or RP is forbidden. Punishment: mute -> temporary/permanent ban.
3. Gameplay
3.1. Accounts. You may not transfer/sell/hack accounts. Account transfer is allowed only in exceptional and pre-approved cases (for example, maintaining city economy) — evidence is required. Punishment: temporary block -> permanent ban.
3.2. Alts. 1 main account + 1 alt is allowed. Additional accounts without approval are a violation. Attempts to bypass punishments with alts are forbidden. Punishment: temporary block of main account; sanctions on alts (up to ban).
3.3. VPN. VPN use is forbidden (if it violates server rules). Punishment: warning -> temporary ban.
3.4. Auto mechanisms. Auto-farms and redstone schemes that provide gameplay advantage are forbidden. Exceptions are decorative/RP-justified mechanisms. Auto-furnaces and auto-composters must be placed thematically (factory/farm). Punishment: mechanism removal -> ban (on repeat).
3.5. Server stability. Builds that disrupt server operation (lag, bugs) are forbidden. Punishment: removal -> warning -> ban.
3.6. AFK bypass. All methods of automatic AFK bypass are forbidden. Punishment: mechanism removal -> temporary ban.
4. Griefing
4.1. Griefing of cities and players is forbidden: theft, significant building damage, infrastructure destruction. Destruction of railways/inactive builds may be regulated separately. Punishment: temporary -> permanent ban; resources are not returned.
4.2. New city griefing. Griefing cities that existed less than 2 days after downfall is forbidden. Punishment: strict sanctions (up to permanent ban).
4.3. Traps. Traps from which it is impossible to escape without outside help are forbidden, as well as dangerous fences (cacti, etc.). Punishment: structure removal -> ban on repeat.
5. Military Actions
5.1. Kills and PvP. Kills without RP reason are forbidden. Allowed reasons (short): declared war/revolution, official RP provocations, roleplayed robbery, self-defense, military events. If in doubt, clarify with administration before acting. Punishment: kill without reason -> temporary/permanent ban.
5.2. Robberies and rules. A robbery must be clearly roleplayed (not one phrase). Robbery is an armed attack by 1-2 persons on 1 person; mass attacks are forbidden (FearRP/PG violation). Punishment: by severity, up to ban.
5.3. Raids. Before a raid starts, the group must appear in the city and state demands. If defense refuses, defense must enable PvP within 5 minutes. Going into private/leaving server to avoid RP is forbidden. Punishment: punishment for evading side(s).
5.4. PvP command abuse. Abuse of commands like /t toggle pvp, /plot toggle pvp, and others giving unfair combat advantage is forbidden.
Punishment: temporary/permanent ban depending on damage.
Server-specific rules may differ. Study the rules of the server you play on.
6. RP
6.1. RP compliance. Interfering with RP (pushing players, spamming during roleplay, intentional disruption) is forbidden. Punishment: warning -> temporary ban.
6.2. Alts and RP. Using alts as stand-ins to simplify RP (achieve RP goals, e.g. posts) and/or bypass conflicts is forbidden. Placing alts in other states/cities to simplify interactions is forbidden. For example: stand-ins in colonies, dominions, near uprisings, for province unification. Punishment: block/ban of alts, possible sanctions for main account and country.
6.3. PvP behavior. Attacking groups (FearRP violation), PG (powergaming), and hard meta-behavior are forbidden. All RP-related disputes are handled by administration. Punishment: warning -> temporary/permanent ban.
