Urban buildings

Building rules

  • Any building larger than 8 chunks may consist of several structures (wings, workshops, warehouses) with a fenced area and a checkpoint. These structures may be connected or separate.
  • Excessively small buildings on a large territory will not be accepted. They must occupy 3/4 of the total area.
  • It is not necessary to adhere to the chunk size grid; proportions can be arbitrary (for example, 40x75 = ~12 chunks / corner building).
  • Any building must be detailed; free spaces must be filled and illuminated.
  • Material warehouse - a room with raw materials and finished products corresponding to the specialization of the plant.
  • Shipping - railroad tracks leading to the warehouse.

Military factory

Description: Allows you to start producing various types of weapons Size: min. 8 chunks Required:

  • Material smelting workshop
  • Assembly workshop
  • Material warehouse, shipping
  • Staff wing
  • Three chimneys (outside)

Military Manufactory

Description: Allows you to produce artillery and military consumables (medicine, tools). Size: min. 10 chunks Required:

  • Production workshop (artillery)
  • Production workshop (consumables)
  • Material storage, shipping
  • Staff wing
  • Three chimneys (outside)

Shipyard

Description: Allows you to build ships for different purposes. Size: min. 8 chunks Required:

  • 2 large lifting cranes
  • Dry covered dock with a ship hull
  • Warehouse with resources for the ship
  • Building for personnel

Mint

Description: Accrues game currency to the city's account during the game for residents. Size: min. 3 chunks Required:

  • Money collection point
  • Storage
  • Security room
  • Coin minting workshop

University

Description: Doubles the experience gained by the city's players. Size: min. 6 chunks Required:

  • At least two floors
  • Lecture hall
  • Dining hall
  • Library
  • Laboratory

Farm

Description: Allows you to obtain summoning eggs and purchase tools for the farm. Size: min. 6 chunks. Required:

  • Barn
  • Fields with various crops
  • Staff quarters
  • Animal stalls

Town Hall

Description: The central administrative building of the town, allowing you to reduce building taxes by 30%. Size: min. 6 chunks Required:

  • At least two floors
  • Mayor's office
  • Meeting room
  • Archive
  • Reception area with entrance

Textile Factory

Description: Allows you to produce clothing characteristic of your nation (armor). Size: min. 6 chunks Required:

  • Spinning and weaving workshop
  • Large material warehouse
  • Packaging and shipping workshop

Furniture Factory

Description: Allows you to produce decorative furniture. Size: min. 6 chunks Required:

  • Workshop with machines
  • Storage room
  • Staff room/dining room

Religious building

Description: Allows you to obtain enchantment books for experience and coins. Size: min. 4 chunks Required:

  • Any religious building
  • Cemetery (if applicable)

Steam Plant

Description: Allows you to produce trains and steam tools. Size: min. 8 chunks Required:

  • Locomotive assembly shops (with rails and rolling stock)
  • Material storage, shipping
  • Staff wing
  • 2 overhead cranes (inside or outside)
  • Copper pipes in workshops

Automobile manufacturing plant

Description: Allows you to produce vehicles: cars, motorcycles. Size: min. 8 chunks Required:

  • Car assembly workshops
  • Material warehouse, shipping
  • Staff wing
  • Overhead crane in workshops
  • Steel ingots (10 anvils)

Tank factory

Description: Allows you to start producing your nation's tanks. Size: min. 10 chunks Required:

  • Foundry, steel ingots (20 anvils)
  • Assembly workshop (tank hulls)
  • Material warehouse, shipping
  • Staff wing
  • Overhead crane in workshops

Aircraft Factory

Description: Allows you to start producing civil and military aircraft. Size: min. 8 chunks Required:

  • Assembly workshop with aircraft hulls
  • Ammunition and bomb assembly workshop
  • Material warehouse, shipping
  • Wing for personnel
  • Overhead crane in workshops

Airport

Description: Allows you to quickly teleport to any other airport for coins. Size: min. 8 chunks Required:

  • Runway with lighting
  • Two hangars with aircraft
  • Staff room

Seaport

Description: Allows you to quickly teleport to any other port for coins, place ships, and conduct colonial policy. Size: min. 8 chunks Required:

  • At least 3 piers
  • Two lifting cranes
  • Food stalls
  • Large storage room

Railway Station

Description: Allows you to quickly teleport to any other station for coins. Size: min. 8 chunks Required:

  • Station building
  • Ticket offices
  • Waiting room
  • Covered tracks (platforms) with railway lines

Oil refinery

Description: Allows oil to be refined into diesel, gasoline, and kerosene. Size: min. 10 chunks. Required:

  • Rectification column
  • Pyrolysis units (cracking)
  • Fuel tanks (4 pcs.)
  • Staff wing
  • Logistics: pipes, railway, storage facilities

Oil tank

Description: Allows you to store oil for further processing. Size: min. 4 chunks Required:

  • 4 large tanks
  • Tank - chunk area

Economic Points

  • You can earn Economic Points for all buildings. The amount is specified in the mechanics.
  • Points are awarded by a separate Architect upon acceptance of buildings.
  • Buildings are accepted in tickets on the official Discord.
  • For exceeding the size and excessive detail, you can receive 25% more points.

Railway Standard

In detail:

  1. “Track” option: stone steps, 3 blocks/half-blocks, stone steps. Two rows of rails at the top.
  2. “Realism” option: wooden half-block, 1 block with a rail, two wooden half-blocks, 1 block with a rail, wooden half-block.
